How do I recover previous versions of my Dropbox file?

Dropbox keeps snapshots of all changes made to files in your Dropbox within the past 30 days (or longer with the Extended Version History feature). See below for instructions on reverting to previous versions of files, and for quick links to instructions on restoring deleted files or undoing deletion events.

Revert to previous file versions on the Dropbox website

  1. Sign in to the Dropbox website. In other words not the app but you must sign in to Dropbox.com online!

    • Note: Alternatively, you can click the white space beside your file's name to highlight it, and then click More to reveal the Previous versions option.
    • Note: If you've deleted the file by accident, you'll need to first recover the deleted file.
    • Right-click on the file in the file browser and select Previous versions.

Revert to previous versions on a Mac

    • CTRL-click the file
    • Hover your mouse over the Dropbox submenu and select View Previous Versions...
    • Clicking View Previous Versions... will take you to the Dropbox website to view previous versions of your file
    • Follow the website instructions above to revert to previous versions or to undelete a file removed by accident

Early November 2015,  Ryan Williams from Quantum Life visited Seoul, Korea to meet and sign the agreement granting LinTech exclusive distribution rights for the Korean Market. It was a whirlwind of a trip, leaving on Monday to arrive in Korea Tuesday and return by Friday. We spent 2 full days in training, meeting some remarkable practitioners and Ex-Olympians in the process.  In fact one of the reasons Lin Tech is so excited about The Quantum iLife/iNfinity App in Korea is to provide support and assistance to the retired Olympians in Korea.
During my visit I was fortunate enough to meet many key players who were not only retired Olympians but were also on the board of advisors tasked with creating and implementing better healthcare management plans for all past Olympians. The discussions are still in a very early stage but look very encouraging.
Jerry has an already very successful business in Korea with a passion for the healthcare industry. The current development of their hydrogen water systems and natural anti bacterial product line is second to none and we are excited about the possibilities of bringing these to the USA.
On a personal note, this was my first trip to Korea and the reception of the people was very warm and friendly. From dining at local eateries to meeting strangers at the hotel, everyone seemed to have a smile on their face. On thing I was bemused to see was that the city never sleeps. Suffering from jet lag, I would walk across the road for a cuppa coffee as the coffee shop was 24/7. In fact within all directions almost every eatery shop was still open at 3am or 4am... So either they were getting an early start or a late finish!
